Named after C.S Lewis's Chronicles of Narnia, "Through The Wardrobe" depicts a magical forest scene, with a large stag centre stag surrounded by flowers and leaves.
It has been printed on a velvety 280gsm Somerset printmaking paper in the colour Antique using a technique called blind embossing. The process involves creating enough pressure on paper with the use of an etching press, to reveal the depth of the design, resulting in an enchanting minimalist sculptural effect. Please be aware that due to the nature of this design, this print has been signed, titled and editioned on the back of the print rather than on the front.
